Sanctuary Golf Shop Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Returned/Exchanged merchandise must be returned with original tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box.

 

In Stock Items 

In stock items that have not been altered (ie. customized, embroidered etc.) may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. 

 

Special Orders

For all special order (non-altered) items, we will not accept returns to your club account but we will add credits to your credit book account. Special ordered items with customized logos or designs are considered a FINAL SALE.

 

 

Please Note:

-The cost of shipping is not refundable.

-Sale items must be returned with in 10 days of purchase. Sale items greater than 20% that are returned will be credited back to your credit book account in the Golf Shop at the discounted price.

-For all returns relating to a faulty product or incorrect shipment, we will accept the return and do our best to correct the mistake.

-The Club has the right to refuse any returns/exchanges after 60 days of purchase.
